Joe Milton – Good athlete. Gunslinger.

*When you’re unsure give yourself at least 2 deep routes (go/post/corner) and give your back or slot a jerk option route and let them make someone miss after the catch.

*It’s harder to find people that can tackle in the open field than it is to find people that can catch the ball.

*Don’t leave people in to block unless you’re max protecting to throw deep.

Needs to improve speed to be more explosive as a runner from 4.6 to 4.36 range. Improve leg strength. Improve jumping to be increase short yardage runs and goal line touchdowns. Use more motion to manipulate defenses and audibles with receivers. Needs to read the defense better PRESNAP. Know when to flood zones and where he’s going with the ball pre snap. Learn to call play action to free up receivers. Will need to coach his receivers to be where he wants them to be after the snap when he has an idea where he’s going with the ball based on presnap reads.

Needs to improve on having players run off defenders down the field when playing man coverage by having go routes on the outside this will either give him a 50/50 situation touchdown or more running room to scramble short yardage situations (i.e. 3rd and short, 4th and short). Be more patient in the pocket to allow players to get outside. Do not cut off one side of the field by running out the pocket too soon. Give players jerk routes to create separation on short yardage situations.

Dallas Turner– Rare size and speed. Tough and powerful.

Improve speed. Sub 4.4 range. 4.35-4.39 range. Improve press and man coverage skills. Force more turnovers. Higher knees when sprinting.

Jayden Daniels Good Athlete. Dynamic.

Add 10-15 lbs. Improve strength and speed. Use more play action to clear out clutter in the red zone. Make the defense cover all the areas of the field. Use motion to get free releases for your receivers. More consistent with fade routes.

Keon Coleman– Good Athlete. Tough, strong and athletic.

Gain 10-15 lbs lean. Improve running mechanics to drop 40 to 4.4 consistently. Smoother route running. Use strength. Improve vertical jump 42-45 inches. Improve elusiveness. Use more agility to get away from players to prevent ankle and leg injuries when hurdling. Must improve hand technique to bully over defenders and use strong hands out the way to increase separation.

Xavier Worthy – Good Athlete. Sprinter.

He needs to work on lower leg strength. Squats mainly. Build up his legs. At 165 his time needs to be at a 4.1. He needs to improve on his base. So he can power through players. Vertical jump needs to be 40+. Needs route running refinement on go routes. Improvement on hand techniques to defeat press. Needs to get quicker. Pro agility. Improvement on balance. Can add 10-15 pounds to frame.

Malik Nabers– Good athlete. Explosive.

improve his route running. Higher knees when running routes. Improve his footwork so his routes don’t look predictable. He chops his feet when running short routes. Improve his speed. Higher knees when running. Clean diet. Improve his overall strength and hands.

Johnny Wilson– Good athlete. Specimen.

Needs to improve his speed to 4.35 range to quiet tight end talks. Run more relaxed. Increase his overall strength. Needs to become stronger on bench press. Needs to improve his squat and power/snatch cleans. Needs to box out defenders every rep to use size and jumping to advantage.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Good athlete. Acrobatic.

Needs to improve running posture to increase speed. Speed and strength need improvement to play vs freakish cornerbacks that are strong and fast. Increase strength to use power releases. Increase speed for longevity. Sub 4.4. Needs to get down to at least sub 4.3 add 10 -15 lbs.

Xavier Legette– Good athlete. Explosive.

Needs to improve vertical jump to leap over 6’2 defensive backs easily and 40 time. Running mechanics need to be tweaked to improve speed. Run relaxed! 4.27-4.30 flat range. Learn how to run power, counter, and zone read. Take advantage of your size and speed. Become elite at running routes out the backfield.

Brian Thomas Jr– needs to improve strength. Use better hand position can add 5-10 lbs. Improve speed. 4.34 now improve to 4.24-4.427 range. Use strength and height to box out defenders and attack the ball.

Amarius Smith– Good athlete. Competitive.

Needs to improve flexibility to pull and block defenders in space. Balance to block players in space and prevent getting bull rushed. Improve strength. Hand technique needs improvement to prevent bullrushes. 80 pancake blocks this year. Speed improvement. Footwork improvement. Become the best blocker on screens and runs.

Kool-Aid McKinstry- Fluid Athlete.

Needs to improve speed. 4.22-4.25 range to increase interceptions. Improve hand techniques to get better at press. Stop backing up first! You don’t step back first in a fight. Agility needs to improve to score more return touchdowns. Improve endurance to force more fumbles when plays are away from him.

Nate Wiggins– Good athlete. Competitive.

Needs to improve leg power to increase speed. Can add 10-15 lbs.

Adonai Mitchell– Fluid Athlete. Attacks the ball.

Improve speed 4.25-4.28 range. Add 10-15 lbs. Balance. Improve foot coordination to run route tree. Improve overall strength. Get better with hand techniques to get off press. Get stronger to become unpredictable on routes. “Defenders now just play for the speed release”

Tyler Nubin– Good athlete. Instinctive.

Improve strength to increase return yards on interceptions. Improve speed so he won’t fall when getting the interception.

Improve on explosion. Quicker. Use hands better. Endurance to have more power when making tackles. Force more turnovers. Get faster.
